This is a collection of frequently asked questions about our bookstore:

SPECIAL ORDERS Q: Do you offer ONLY the books enlisted in the current version of your bookstore?
A: No. In fact you may ask for ANY book printed in Bulgaria. We will do our best to obtain it for you. Please, consult How to Order and our Shipping and Billing Policy.
TOTAL PAYMENT DUE Q: How much do I have to pay for my order?
A: You'll have to sum up:

the total price of the items ordered
the shipping cost

SHIPPING OPTIONS Q: How many shipping options do you have?
A: We offer 3 methods of shipping:

Surface (Normal) Mail;
Air Mail;
Express Mail Service.
You can select the shipping method that provides the right combination of price and speed for you.

TIME Q: What's the difference between them?
A: For example, if you live in the USA and you have an order for 2 kg of books, the difference between these 3 services in terms of delivery time and expenses will be as follows:

WHEN DO YOU SHIP THE ORDER? Q: When do you ship the books?
A: We ship the items ordered within 2 days after we receive your payment in Bulgaria.
FORMS OF PAYMENT Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: You may pay from anywhere in the world using the WESTERN UNION Money Transfer system or the MONEYGRAM Money Transfer system. You must go to the nearest bank that uses one of those two transfer systems (it is not necessary to have an account there). Then you have to send the money to:

After that you have to e-mail us the reference number of the transaction. The transaction to Bulgaria usually takes just 1 day and everything should cost you some 10 USD - 25 USD (depending on the amount of money you are sending to us).

CREDIT CARDS Q: Can I pay by internationally recognized credit cards?
A: We are sorry that can not offer this option at the moment. However, we realize the advantages of this form of payment and we hope to be able to provide it in the near future.
