How to Order

To make an order please fill in the order form .

• When you place your order, please fill in your name, address and telephone number(s).
• If you have any special requirements, such as special shipping, or you want us to hold the books for you to pick up, tell us in the order form under"Order".
• If you want to order more than one of an item, indicate it on the orderform under "Order."
• Some books are marked "out of stock" or "not yet available". Select howyou want to handle partial orders - we can hold your books until they areall in, or we can ship partial orders (which will cost more for postage).
• When we get your order, we'll make sure that all of your books are availableand send you email within 2 days (except Sundays and holidays) to confirm your order.
