From its start in January 2000 until October 2001 the bulletin was authored by Ms. Aglika Markova. Since November 2001 it is written by Mr. Ivailo Hadjihristov. The Online edition of the Bulletin is designed by Mrs. Albena Topalova from Webdesignmachine and is hosted free of charge by ABLEN (www.ablen.com). Earlier numbers of the bulletin are also available for reference in the archive section.
